I'm a 35-year old Idaho girl, wishing she was on a farm somewhere with chickens, a cow, ducks, a garden, a clothes line, a handsome husband and several children running around. However, life is good the way it is too. I am going to do what I can to have those fresh eggs and fresh milk (as fresh as I can get it, anyway) even without the animals. And I'm gonna have the clothes line and the garden anyway. Don't even try to stop me :)
As I am just beginning my quest to eat healthy, I know I will not be perfect. I will sometimes make bad choices because of habit, convenience, and/or social situations. However, my hope is that those choices will happen less often and I will be more consciously aware of what I am putting in my mouth.
It seems all a little overwhelming right now. Wish me luck!
